City Bingo Review

City Bingo is an interesting Dragonfish designed site: interesting because there’s no time to get bored on this site. The theme is constantly changing as it “visits” different cities. At the time of review, we are in Paris, with L’Arc de Triomphe, Disneyland Paris and the inevitable Eiffel Tower the icons of choice. Things are a bit less cluttered on the mobile version, but all the on site features are much the same. 90 and 75 ball were the bingo options and these are well scaled to fit the more compact format. Buying tickets and playing the games is a smooth process, as all the detail you need is there on a single screen, with an onscreen link to enable further purchases. There are plenty of alternative games to play too, all very colourfully displayed with the slots having a particularly life like movement. All the prizes and jackpots are carried over from the main site, so you shouldn’t miss out on anything. Whilst the actual game play is excellent, navigating your way to them can be a little more complex a process. Registration is best done on a larger keyboard and screen: the form filling can be fiddly on a little touch screen and your log in details will be the same for both formats in any case. It may be best to decline text communication too if you want to avoid inconvenient messages when you’re in that important meeting with the boss. Once in the lobby, a little more scrolling may be necessary to see all your options before deciding what to play. But it’s not too much hassle – you should be at your favourite game in no time. Also, some of the software will only operate in your handset’s portrait mode, not landscape. So try not to move round too much or you may be on the receiving end of some annoying error messages.

We also checked out the banking arrangements while we were reviewing. Payment wise, you can use all the typical credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard, Delta and Maestro. There are several e-payment methods to choose from too. There is also a 24 hour Freephone line if you get stuck, or even if you just want to make your payment to a real human being. There was no facility for paying by text at the time of our visit. The minimum deposit is £5. With City Bingo being licensed and registered in the UK, the site is safely regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, so United Kingdom based players can play with confidence.

Overall, playing on City Bingo can be a refreshing experience. The scenery may vary, but the quality of the games and promotions is consistently high. At the time of our review, they were “magnifique”. But who knows? Next time, they could be “wunderbar” or even “bleedin’ marvellous mate”.
